2. Purpose and no commercial offer
This website presents a product under development and receives early-access enquiries. Its content is not a binding offer, security, legal or compliance advice, or a certification. Pilot access is discretionary, limited and may be refused, suspended or discontinued.
3. Authorised cybersecurity use
Veilox may only be used against systems owned by the user or covered by valid, written and verifiable authorisation. Unauthorised testing, disruption, control bypass, unlawful collection, harm to third parties or unlawful use is prohibited. Users remain responsible for scope, permissions, timing and the consequences of their operations.
4. Limitation of liability
Information and pilot versions are provided “as is”, without warranties of completeness, error-free operation, availability or fitness for a particular purpose. A scan proves neither the absence of vulnerabilities nor compliance. To the extent permitted by law, Veilox Security is not liable for decisions based solely on this website, an automated report or use outside an authorised scope.
5. Intellectual property
The Veilox name, logo, text, interfaces and software elements are protected. Viewing this website grants no ownership right or licence to redistribute, reverse engineer, extract or commercially reuse them, except where authorised in writing or required by mandatory law.
6. Personal data — early access
The controller is the operator of the Veilox Security project, reachable at the email above. Data sent by email (name, organisation, email address, use case and message) is used only to answer the enquiry, assess pilot access and manage pre-contractual follow-up. Legal bases: steps requested before a possible contract and the legitimate interest in managing the pilot. Recipients: the Veilox operator and strictly necessary providers (Proton email and Cloudflare hosting/security). Retention: no longer than 12 months after the last exchange, unless a legal obligation, valid erasure request or dispute requires otherwise. No profiling or solely automated decision-making.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR and applicable law, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability where applicable, or object to certain processing. Contact the email above. You may also complain to your competent data protection authority; in France, the CNIL.
8. Cookies, logs and transfers
The public site intentionally uses no advertising or audience-measurement cookies and has no server-side form. Cloudflare may process technical data and security logs necessary for delivery, abuse prevention and DDoS/WAF protection. Processing outside the EEA may occur subject to the safeguards announced by the relevant providers.
9. Early-access request
The website form prepares a message in the visitor’s email application; the website itself stores none of the entered data. A request does not guarantee admission, availability date, service level or price. Pilot participation may require separate terms and written scope authorisation.
10. Security reports and changes
Report vulnerabilities privately to [email protected] and do not publish sensitive data. These terms may change as the product and legal structure develop. The date above identifies the applicable version.
If translations differ, the French version prevails, subject to mandatory applicable law.
